ESEPL Services determines to establish logical framework to ensure that all indentures are carried out within the time frame and within the cost plan.

To widen our patrons' contentment and meet the marketable objectives of this entity. it is the aim of the management to recurrently evaluate and improve the competence and effectiveness of its systems.

To sustain this guiding principle ESEPL Services has established a Quality Management and Monitoring System (QMMS). The execution and maintenance of the QMMS will be controlled by the Senior Manager, under the regulation of the Project Directors.

It is the Senior Manager's liability to ensure that the requirements of the instruction manual and safety procedures are conversed in actual fact to and are fully understood by workers and staff and act in accordance with it at all times.

ESEPL Services recognizes its moral and legal responsibilities in view of Occupational Health and Safety hazards of it employees as per the regulations and practices set by the Ministry of Labor and employment. This safety and welfare strategy pursue the method in which this establishment detennines to meet its commitment and give confidence to its employees, contractors and vendors to put into practice a constructive and cooperative approach to Health. Safety and Welfare policy.

This policy declaration and its allied measures are planned to:

• Provide and maintain safe method of work suitable to the type of project's activities by recognizing hazards and conducting risk assessments.
• Ensure a protected working condition through implementation of risk control measures. Promote a safety culture in which all parties accept responsibility, for Health, Safety and Welfare.
• Enable and promote communication and consultation with the authorized staff.
• Set goals for achieving high standard through the provision of safety training and instruction.
• Provide a source for the evaluation and recurrent enhancement of the Health, Safety and Welfare policy, procedures and control systems.

This declaration shall be issued to all employees and made available to all interested parties. It is up to everyone to act responsibly, carefully and wisely for our own safety and to the safety of our families and our patrons.
